| Sgt. Puterbaugh has worked for Union City since April 2004. Sgt. Puterbaugh previously worked for Randolph County Sheriffs Dept as a reserve for two years. Sgt. Puterbaugh was hired full-time in August 2005. Sgt. Puterbaugh graduated from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in June 2006 and from K9 School in October 2006. Sgt. Puterbaugh is also a certified FTO as well as an instructor for the Union City Police Department specializing in Defensive Tactics. |
