| Sgt Puterbaugh has worked for Union City since April 2004. Sgt Puterbaugh previously worked for Randolph County Sheriffs Dept as a reserve for two years. Sgt Puterbaugh was hired full-time in August 2005. Sgt Puterbaugh graduated from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in June 2006 and from K9 School in October 2006. Sgt Puterbaugh and PSD "Neko" have made numerous narcotic arrests. Neko is trained to alert to the presence of illegal narcotics, trained in searching for hidden suspects and trained to subdue non-compliant persons. Sgt Puterbaugh is also a certified FTO. |
